On Tuesday, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) crushed Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 23 runs at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Institute in Navi Mumbai in Coordinate 22 of the continuous IPL 2022 season. Shivam Dube scored an unbeaten 95 runs off 46 balls to help CSK record 216 for four in 20 overs, which was also their first win of the season. He put on a 165-run stand with Robin Uthappa, who hit 88 off 50 balls. As CSK’s Maheesh Theekshana took four wickets in four overs, RCB appeared to be chasing a 217-run target.

With six points from four games, Rajasthan Royals (RR) are presently in first place in the IPL 2022 Points Table. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are in second place, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are in third place, and Gujarat Titans (GT) are in fourth place.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are in fifth place, followed by the Delhi Capitals (DC), Punjab Kings (PBKS), and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH).

CSK is now in ninth place, while Mumbai Indians (MI) are at the bottom of the 10-team league.

Race for the Orange Cap

With 218 runs, Jos Buttler continues to lead the Orange Cap race, followed by Dube (207 runs). In the rankings, Robin Uthappa (194) is third, followed by Quinton de Kock (188) in fourth and Shubman Gill (187) in fifth.

Race for the Purple Cap

Yuzvendra Chahal leads the Purple Cap race with 11 wickets, while Umesh Yadav (10) is in second position. Kuldeep Yadav is in third place with 10 wickets, Wanindu Hasaranga is in fourth place with ten wickets, and T Natarajan is in fifth place with eight wickets.
