“Any interested party who wishes to submit a bid must purchase the ITT. ” However, only those who meet the eligibility criteria outline in the ITT and are subject to the additional terms and conditions outline in the ITT will be able to bid,” according to the press release.

They are as follows: (a) Athleisure and Sportswear Manufacturer; (b) Alcohol Products; (c) Betting; (d) bitcoin; (e) Real Money Gaming (Except Fantasy Sports Gaming); (f) Tobacco; and (g) any other product that is likely to violate public morals, including but not limited to pornography.
