The match between the Delhi Capitals and the Punjab Kings is shrouded in doubt. The Covid crisis in the Delhi Capitals’ camp has cast a pall on the IPL 2022 match between Delhi Capitals; and Punjab Kings on Wednesday (April 20). The outcome of the Covid tests conducted by the Capitals’ players; will determine the outcome of the match, according to Cricbuzz. It’s also possible that the match, which was originally slate to take place in Pune, will be changed to Mumbai. The Delhi Capitals’ players, who have been in isolation since Sunday (April 18); had their RT-PCR samples taken again on Tuesday morning, and the results are pending. Much will hinge on if more positive cases emerge from the camp; which has already tested positive for the virus in one player, Mitchell Marsh; and a few members of the support staff. More positive cases may potentially compel the game to be reschedule. The Punjab Kings team, which was suppose to go to Pune for the game, has reportedly stayed in Mumbai. They will conduct a practice session in Mumbai; on Tuesday evening and will wait for the BCCI’s advice on what to do next. see also: Ryan Campbell, the head coach of the Netherlands men’s team, is in intensive care after having ...
