England’s new Test captain is Ben Stokes. Ben Stokes, an all-rounder, was name captain of England’s men’s Test group by the Britain; and Ridges Cricket Board on Thursday. The news comes after Joe Root stepped down as England captain earlier this month, following a series of atrocities; including an 0-4 flagellation by Australia in the Fiery Bowl.
