kkr vs pbks online cricket bettingKKR vs PBKSMatch & Dream 11 Prediction, Betting Tips, Playing 11, Pitch Report and Analysis – Apr 01, 2022
KKR went hard against RCB in its previous match and ended up losing a few too many wickets. However, that approach seems to be the one that the team is committed to and we do not see any throttling back in this next match. If anything, Ajinkya Rahane and Venkatesh Iyer may be told to get more of a move on in the powerplay overs.
The batting lineup for KKR looked out of sorts in the previous match. Venkatesh Iyer could have a few questions over facing the short ball, Ajinkya Rahane is playing out of his comfort zone, and Nitish Rana has so far failed to get going.
There will be a lot of pressure on Sam Billings and Shreyas Iyer especially if Andre Russell is not fit to take the field for this match. We would pick one out of Billings or Iyer for the Top Batsman KKR betting market.
Umesh Yadav has been brilliant with the new ball so far making an early impact on both the matches he has played. The extra bounce and movement that he has got with the new ball make him very dangerous. Tim Southee should keep his place in the playing eleven while Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy are also dependable on most days.
The problem for KKR seems to be that the dew makes their spinners less effective than they would like. Also, if Russell is not there then their replacement has to be someone who bowls. Chamika Karunaratne could be the possible replacement since he bowls and can also hit a long ball.
The Punjab Kings would have been thrilled to get off to a winning start as they chased down 205 with one over to spare. The team played only three overseas players in the previous match and now with Kagiso Rabada available for selection, we expect them to play four. Sandeep Sharma is the player likely to miss out unless the Punjab Kings decide to go in with one spinner.
The batting lineup for the Punjab Kings is stacked. Mayank Aggarwal and Shikhar Dhawan form an excellent opening pair while Bhanuka Rajapaksa showed his T20 class in the previous match. With Liam Livingstone, Shahrukh Khan, and Odean Smith in the lineup, there is no shortage of six-hitting prowess in this lineup.
Raj Bawa may not have bowled a ball or scored a run in the previous match but he is a dangerous all-rounder that we expect to shine sooner rather than later.
The bowling lineup will be boosted tremendously by having Kagiso Rabada available. He is one of the best IPL bowlers in recent history and will love the bounce that the Wankhede will offer. He is our pick for the Top Bowler Punjab Kings betting market.

Kolkata Knight Riders looked down and out when the first half of the tournament ended and apparently this long break has certainly helped them massively. In the second half up until now, Kolkata Knight Riders have done an incredibly good job, winning three of their four matches, and are now the prime candidates to qualify for the playoffs. Having said that, they’ll still need to get at least two wins from their remaining three matches.
As it stands, Kolkata Knight Riders are placed at fourth position with a terrific net run rate of 0.363 in addition to the ten points that they have. They suffered a narrow loss at the hands of Chennai Super Kings in their last to the last match but then bounced back brilliantly into contention by defeating Delhi Capitals in a must-win game.
Kolkata Knight Riders have adopted an approach that is strikingly similar to how England goes about their business and it is no surprise that Eoin Morgan is leading the side. While the fans and management will be pretty happy with the way Morgan has led in the second half, Morgan’s form is not something that can be ignored. He is either getting out too cheaply or scoring a pedestrian pace, both of which can backfire in crunch moments.
Given that the Knight Riders no longer have the services of their star player in Andre Russell, the responsibility to Eoin Morgan has now grown manifold to provide impetus to the Knight Riders at the back end of the innings. Apart from Russell, the Knight Riders will also be missing Lokie Ferguson, who had done a tremendous job up until the last match he played.
Apart from the injuries and Eoin Morgan’s form, the Knight Riders seem to be doing most of the things right. The addition of Venkatesh Iyer at the top of the order has proved to be a brilliant move and with almost everyone batting freely, Kolkata Knight Riders are suddenly appearing to be at their dominant best. Besides, they bat pretty deep with the likes of Tim Southee and Sunil Narine available, which is certainly an added bonus given their style of play.
With the ball as well, Kolkata Knight Riders have done an immaculate job, especially on the surfaces that have had something for the bowlers. Varun Chakravarthy has been difficult to put away and so has Sunil Narine. However, with Lokie Ferguson and Andre Russell both not there, the death bowling certainly seem to be a bit of an issue, especially with both Tim Southee and Prasidh Krishna not known to be death bowling specialists. Venkatesh Iyer did a remarkable job in the last match and it would be interesting to see how consistent he can be with the ball.
All in all, the Knight Riders have almost everything going for them and they will be looking to fix the minor blemishes that they have. They have an in-form batting unit coupled with a versatile bowling attack. If they can get their batting and bowling sorted at the death overs, they will be the team to watch out for.
Team News: Kolkata Knight Riders have made two changes – one forced and one tactical. They have included Tin Seifert in for Lokie Ferguson, who is out injured and they have brought in Shivam Mavi for Sandeep Warrier. Clearly, they have strengthened their batting unit, which was the need of the hour in the absence of Andre Russell.
Given the way Punjab Kings have performed in the last couple of seasons, it would be safe to say that no other team has disappointed their fans as often as the Punjab Kings have. Punjab Kings have so often been in a position to dictate terms, but have then failed to close off the important moments. They looked good to qualify for the playoffs when they first took the field in the second half of the season, but a couple of uncalled-for results have deterred their chances. They are still in, but they will have to play truly outstanding cricket from here.
As it currently stands, the Punjab Kings are placed sixth on the points table with eight points to their name and a net run rate of -0.288. Not only do they have to get some points going forward, they would also have to improve their net run rate, which can be a distinguishing factor should things get that tight.
In their last couple of matches, the batting has failed miserably for Punjab Kings, but their bowlers have stepped up their game. They have been a tad too inconsistent with their playing eleven and batting order, both of which have had a disastrous impact on their on-field performances. In the last match, in particular, it was surprising to see neither Chris Gayle nor Aiden Markram opening the innings with KL Rahul.
Although we don’t expect them to make any major changes to the playing eleven unless, of course, Mayank Agarwal comes back or some last moment injuries happen, we might well see Shahrukh Khan make his way into the side in place of Mandeep Singh or Deepak Hooda. Hooda was used as a specialist batsman in the last match and it would make more sense to have Shahrukh Khan, who has looked a better bet between the two when it comes to hitting the ball right from the outset. Nicholas Pooran, as well, has not done anything of substance and the management might well decide to look beyond him in these testing times.
On the bowling front, the Kings have been brilliant and it was apparent in their last match as well. Despite not putting up even a par score in the last match, the likes of Ravi Bishnoi, Mohammad Shami, and Nathan Ellis did a remarkable job to make a match out of it. Bishnoi, in particular, has been pretty effective and can be a handful against the Knight Riders’ batsmen, who like some pace on the ball.
Overall, Punjab Kings are going through plenty of issues and they need to sort all of those quickly. Having said that, they do have plenty of positives garnered from the last couple of matches and will be looking to play with freedom. If their stalwarts are able to find some form in the upcoming match, the Kings will be very difficult to get past.
Team News: With Chris Gayle leaving the bubble, Kings XI Punjab had plenty of options and they too have decided to strengthen their batting. With Mayank Agarwal batting, their opening looks sorted, but Mandeep misses out. Apart from that, they have brought in Shahrukh Khan and Fabian Allen in place of Harpreet Brar and Shahrukh Khan respectively. Their slog overs batting clearly looks a lot stronger than it earlier was.

Kolkata Knight Riders have taken the second phase of the game by storm and putting on a great show so far in all their matches. They are currently in a stiff battle in the mid table with slight edge over the other teams due to positive NRR. Punjab Kings are finding it difficult to gather momentum and move ahead in the league phase. They need to win this match else their qualification chance will take a big hit. KKR on the other hand will get closer to the qualification if they manage to get 2 crucial points in this match. Both teams caught up in the mid table tussle will look to win this match and sprint ahead in the race.
Kolkata Knight Riders returned to winning ways in the last game chasing the 130-run target. Shubman Gill (30 runs) and Nitish Rana (36* runs) played vital knocks in helping their team cross the line. Sunil Narine`s quick fire 10-ball 21 runs played a big role in keeping their momentum in the chase. Venkatesh Iyer, Rahul Tripathi, and Dinesh karthik too are in good touch in recent outings.
Pacers Lockie Ferguson, Venkatesh Iyer, and Tim Southee shared 5 wickets between themselves in the match. Spin duo of Varun Chakravarthy and Sunil Narine continued their good work and had combined bowling figures of 8-0-42-2. Andre Russell and Lockie Ferguson`s availability to subject to fitness in this match.
Top players to bet on:
Venkatesh Iyer – Venkatesh has been prolific at the top with aggressive knocks and he also contribute with the ball with figures f 4-0-29-2 in the last game. We expect him to make a big difference to their team`s depth and balance in the remaining matches.
Varun Chakravarthy – Chakravarthy has 4 wickets at an economy rate of just 5 RPO in the 4 matches played in the UAE leg. Batters are struggling to read his variations and he might be a big match winner for KKR in this match.
Kolkata Knight Riders Predicted Playing XI:
Shubman Gill, Venkatesh Iyer, Rahul Tripathi, Eoin Morgan (c), Nitish Rana, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Andre Russell/Tim Southee, Sunil Narine, Lockie Ferguson, Varun Chakaravarthy, Prasidh Krishna
Kolkata Knight Riders Actual Playing XI:
Shivam Mavi, Shubman Gill, Venkatesh Iyer, Varun Chakravarthy, Tim Seifert, Nitish Rana, Eoin Morgan, Sunil Narine, Dinesh Karthik, RA Tripathi, TG Southee
Punjab Kings have posted below par scores in the last 2 matches as their batting line-up looks for spirited performances. Aiden Markram has lead the middle order with good cameos while KL Rahul, Deepak Hooda, and Harpret Brar have played vital knocks but failed to make a big score for the team. Moises Henriques or Fabian Allen might replace Nicholas Pooran in this match.
Their bowlers have fought hard despite very low scores on board. Ravi Bishnoi has been their main wicket-taker in the middle overs with Aiden Markram and Harpret Brar providing support in the spin department. Mohammed Shami, Arshdeep Singh, and Nathan Ellis have formed a stable pace combination and would look to continue their good work with the ball.
Top players to bet on:
Aiden Markram – Markram lead their team`s fightback in the last 2 matches with scores of 42 & 29 runs and took them to a respectable total. His bowling might come in handy for their team in these conditions.
Ravi Bishnoi – Bishnoi has figures of 2/25 & 3/24 in the last 2 matches and has been piling up crucial top order wickets. He will be their trump card with the ball in this match too bamboozling the batsmen with his leggies and wrong ones.
Punjab Kings Predicted Playing XI:
KL Rahul (c & wk), Mayank Agarwal, Chris Gayle, Aiden Markram, Moises Henriques, Deepak Hooda, Harpreet Brar, Mohammed Shami, Ravi Bishnoi, Nathan Ellis, Arshdeep Singh
Punjab Kings Actual Playing XI:
Arshdeep Singh, Nathan Ellis, Fabian Allen, Mohammed Shami, Shahrukh Khan, Lokesh Rahul, Nicholas Pooran, Deepak Hooda, Aiden Markram, Ravi Bishnoi, Mayank Agarwal
Dubai will have hot and humid weather with no chances of rain whatsoever. We expect a full match with no interruptions from the weather.
Dubai has a fairly new pitch with a lot of grass in it in the last game. Batsmen will enjoy batting on this surface especially with the new ball. The pitch might be tough once the ball gets softer and older. We expect an average score of 160-170 runs on this pitch.
Pitch is expected to stay the same throughout the match and we expect both teams to bowl first in kkr vs pbks online cricket bettingKKR vs PK Today Match Prediction and Betting Tips, Odds and Live Score 01 October 2021 this track. Chasing teams have an 8-5 win-loss record in the UAE leg so far.

IPL2022 is slowing gathering momentum and teams are trying their best to find their right balance and depth in their playing XI. And are also waiting for the arrival of some of their key foreign players. KKR started off the season on a positive note with a victory over CSK in the tournament opener but succumbed to loss against RCB in their second game in a low scoring thriller. PBKS on the other hand won their first game against RCB is a superb fashion chasing a big target. Both teams have been performing superbly in the league so far and will look to continue their momentum going ahead in this match.
KKR were bundled out for just 128 runs in their last match against RCB. Andre Russell top scored with 25 runs while all the remaining batters failed to cross the 20-run mark. Ajinkya Rahane, Shreyas Iyer, and Sam Billings looked good with the bat but failed to make a big score in both matches. They have a long batting line-up with players till No.8 capable of hitting big shots.
Pacers Umesh Yadav and Tim Southee started off a brilliant fightback in the chase claiming 5 wickets between them. Sunil Narine was at his usual best with figures of 4-0-12-1 while Varun Chakravarthy had an off day leaking runs in the low scoring contest. Andre Russell and Venkatesh Iyer bowled the fifth bowler`s quota of overs costing 46 runs of just 3.2 overs. We expect them to add a bowler into their playing XI considering the fitness concern for Russell.
Top Players to bet on: Shreyas Iyer, Umesh Yadav, Sunil Narine
Kolkata Knight Riders Predicted Playing XI:
Ajinkya Rahane, Venkatesh Iyer, Nitish Rana, Shreyas Iyer (c), Sam Billings/Chamika Karunaratne, Sheldon Jackson (wk), Andre Russell, Sunil Narine, Tim Southee, Umesh Yadav, Varun Chakaravarthy

Punjab Kings chased down 206 runs in just 19 overs against RCB in the first match. Mayank Agarwal (32 runs) and Shikhar Dhawan (43 runs) set the tone of the chase with their 71-run opening partnership while the duo of Banuka Rajapaksa (43 runs) and Liam Livingstone (19 runs) continued the good platform build with runs at a good strike rate. Shahrukh Khan (24 runs) and Odean Smith (25 runs) finished off the chase with some big shots showcasing their firepower.
Their bowling unit bleak with claiming just 2 wickets in the match. Arshdeep Singh and Rahul Chahar claimed a wicket each and looked good with the ball while the other bowlers went for runs at over 10 RPO. Kagiso Rabada will come into the playing XI after finishing his quarantine norms in this match. Sandeep Sharma will expect to continue his new ball bowling duties alongside Arshdeep Singh. Rahul Chahar will be their premier spinner in the playing XI this season.
Top Players to bet on: Odean Smith, Mayank Agarwal, Kagiso Rabada

Mumbai will have a bright and sunny weather with no weather interruptions expected in the match. Dew might come in the second innings and trouble the bowlers grip the ball big time.
Wankhade has been a slightly balanced pitch with something in it for both bowlers and batters. Teams has lost wickets in the powerplay with the ball swinging and seaming around effectively. We expect the scores to be around 160-180 runs in this match.kkr vs pbks online cricket bettingKKR vs PK Today Match Prediction and Betting Tips, Odds and Live Score 01 October 2021
Chasing is the best option as teams are not confident of any target set in the matches played so far. Chasing teams have a 5-1 win-loss record so far in this season.
