In the IPL match between Mumbai and Punjab, there was an epic reunion of ex-Indian greats.
On Wednesday, Punjab Kings defeated Mumbai Indians by 12 runs in an IPL 2022 encounter. After losing their sixth match in a row, Mumbai Indians remained at the bottom of the points standings with no points. Punjab Kings, on the other side, climbed up to third place after winning their third match in a row.
Former Team India luminaries Anil Kumble and Sachin Tendulkar, as well as fast bowling legend Zaheer Khan, took part in the contest.

The three men were spot conversing in what appear to be a happy reunion.
Tendulkar and Zaheer are key members of the Mumbai Indians’ backroom staff, while Kumble is the Punjab team’s head coach.
“???????????????????? intl. runs and????????????? intl. wickets in one frame,” the Punjab Kings captioned a snapshot of the three greats talking to each other on Twitter.

Tendulkar and Zaheer were both members of the 2011 ICC World Cup-winning side. Kumble and the pair members of India’s World Cup squad in 2003, when they lost to Australia in the final. Tendulkar leads the global run lists in Tests and ODIs, but Kumble remains India’s most prolific wicket-taker in Test cricket.

With 311 wickets, Zaheer is India’s equal second-highest wicket-taker in Tests, behind only Ishant Sharma.
