Ace Indian spinner Jasprit Bumrah will miss the fourth Test of the ongoing series against England in order to manage his workload effectively. The 30-year-old has been in outstanding form and has been one of the most important players in the Indian team’s five-game series victory after being granted a rest day for the fourth Test. Bumrah, the series’ highest wicket-taker (17 at 13.64), has already bowled 80.5 overs in the first three games.
It’s worth noting that star pacer Mohammed Siraj rest for the second Test in Vizag. No word yet on whether the BCCI will look for a replacement in Bumrah’s absence.

India aim to clinch series in Ranchi
The Indian squad has everything to play for as the fourth Test against England approaches. After thrilling clashes in the first three Tests, both teams will now take the stage at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi on Friday, February 23.
Whereas England will try to tie the series, the hosts will be hoping for another emphatic win to seal the five-game series. India, led by Rohit Sharma, delivered an outstanding effort in the third Test of the series. Both teams entered the match with equal scores, and after scoring 400+ runs in both innings, the Indian team won by 434 runs.
Some stars also delivered outstanding performances during the match. Youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal got another double century, while Sarfaraz Khan had an outstanding debut in international cricket.
