Sanjay Bangar comes to Prasidh Krishna’s defense. “This has happened to people like Jasprit Bumrah,” Sanjay Bangar explained.
The Indian squad was in danger on Day 2 of the current Test against South Africa. The hosts took an 11-run lead in the match after scoring 256 runs with five wickets lost by the end of the second day. Following the day’s play, many people came up to assess the Indian bowlers’ performance so far in the match.
Prasidh Krishna, 27, slipped under the radar as one of the most expensive bowlers of the day. Krishna took one wicket despite allowing 61 runs in 15 overs at an economy of 4.06.

He can still be a handful: Bangar
Furthermore, Bangar stated that when Krishna stays to his line and length, he can still be a challenge for bowlers. He noted that while he took his time getting into the rhythm, the 27-year-old appeared considerably more at ease in the latter portions.
“That’s what you saw, the clear point of difference that team management was hoping for from Prasidh didn’t come into play in the first spell.” But, as we saw in the second spell, if he can keep striking the deck hard and not go looking for a swing, he may still be a handful. Prasidh is still in his early stages, but he is not the only one who has experienced this.
