In response to the auction and player selection
“RCB is committed to playing a fearless brand of cricket that places us among the top global franchises. ” We hope to build a bold and dynamic performance culture in the team with the help of Mo Bobat and Andy Flower’s skills. The auction selections illustrate their rigorous planning and strategy. We have now balanced our team with the inclusion of all-rounders. Outstanding bowling options to provide fire to the pace unit, in addition to the already powerful batting line-up. Overall, we’ve constructed a formidable club that is set to bring triumph in the forthcoming season.”
“After the previous season, we felt we needed to improve at home. ” One of the things we accomplish exceptionally well succeed away from Chinnaswamy. So we walked away and discuss what it means to be better at home and how we might get better, in what ways we can improve. “It’s definitely the auction, and the last two months have been solely focused on planning to be better at home and the type of bowlers and batsmen who will be successful at home. ” Du Plessis said.
“We talked a lot about RCB and where we wanted to take the franchise. ” I believe it is always critical to do your study and thoroughly examine all aspects of the situation. And I feel like our relationship, the three of us [head coach Andy Flower, Director of Cricket Mo Bobat], obviously with the help of a lot of the team, Freddie [Wilde] the analyst and [Adam] Griffith the bowling coach, Malolan Rangarajan (Head of Scouting), and even Rajesh V Menon (VP and Head of RCB), I feel like we are a very well-connected leadership group,” he added.
Head coach Flower believes the batting lineup is dangerous.
“With Virat [Kohli] and Faf [du Plessis], [Rajat] Patidar, and [Glenn] Maxwell, it’s a really strong top four.” Cameron Green, who provides us that power, is among the top five. We haven’t decided where he’ll bat yet, but he gives us a power option anywhere in the top five that will be quite dangerous. Mohammed Siraj will lead the attack, and his ability to fire will be critical. “We’ve got some talented young Indian bowlers there who will be growing with us throughout the season. Hopefully playing an important role for us. ” The head coach said.
