Kohli was dismissed for a 25-ball 16 in the second ODI after missing the first ODI against England due to a groin strain.
While the batter has shown flashes of brilliance during his slump, he has failed to extend his innings. His form has become a hot topic, with many suggesting that he retire from international cricket. Some former cricketers and game experts have also suggested that India drop the player who is struggling to play big knocks.

Kohli took to social media on Saturday to share a photo of himself with an encouraging message.
In Kohli’s Instagram post, he can be seen sitting in front of an artistic work with two wings and the message: “What if I trip… But what if you fly, my darling?”
He also had a single-word caption for it: “Perspective.”
Kevin Pietersen responded to Kohli’s post by saying: “You go, big man! People can only dream of what you’ve accomplished in cricket. And they are among the best players in the game’s history.”
Kohli will be seen in action on Sunday when India and England play the third and final One-Day International (ODI) at Old Trafford in Manchester. India had won the first game of the series by 10 wickets before England responded in spectacular fashion, leveling the series with a 100-run victory in the second game.
