World Test Championship Points Table Updated Following Australia’s 10-wicket win over Sri Lanka in the first test.
The Pat Cummins-led Australia brushed aside Sri Lanka’s challenge in the first Test within three days. Cruising to a 10-wicket win on Day 3. Nathan Lyon and Travis Head each took four wickets to dismiss Sri Lanka for 113 in the second innings, allowing Australia to win by five runs. Australia has maintained their lead in the World Test Championship (WTC) standings thanks to the victory.

World Test Championship: Australia leads the table with a win percentage of 77.78, while Sri Lanka is in sixth place with a win percentage of 47.62.
South Africa is second, with India in third place, ahead of the rescheduled fifth Test against England, which begins on Friday.
Pakistan and the West Indies are in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Earlier, England moved up to seventh place after defeating New Zealand 3-0 in the three-match Test series, while defending champions New Zealand dropped to eighth.
Bangladesh is ranked ninth with a win percentage of 13.33.
In the previous cycle, New Zealand won the WTC after defeating India in the final in Southampton.
