The 22-year-old has a strike rate of 148.4 in his IPL career so far, but despite his explosive stroke play, he hasn’t found himself in the Indian limited-overs squad on a regular basis. Shaw has previously shown weaknesses, particularly against the moving ball, and was dropped from the Indian Test team due to his technique. He came back strong in the last IPL season after a phenomenal performance in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2021, and his transformation has been quite impressive since then.

The Delhi Capitals are currently fifth in the points table with six wins in 12 games and have improved their net run rate as well. However, with so many teams vying for the fourth spot, the Delhi Capitals will find it difficult to advance.
