Maxwell concluded with 55 off 34, while Karthik was undefeated with 66 off 34. In Delhi’s chase, Warner smashed a stunning 38-ball 66, but the squad crumbled after his wicket, despite a valiant effort from captain Pant (34 off 17).
Earlier in the day, KL Rahul of the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) struck a stunning 103* to dismiss Mumbai Indians, who suffered their sixth successive loss of the season.
