Following the SRH versus LSG Match 12, the IPL 2022 Points Table has been updated to include the Orange Cap and Purple Cap lists.
On Monday, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) defeated SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 12 runs at the Dr DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai in Match 12 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. SRH could only manage 157 for nine in 20 overs while chasing a goal of 170 runs. Avesh Khan was in excellent form, taking four wickets for LSG.
Initially, KL Rahul’s half-century helped Lucknow to 169 for seven in 20 overs. Rahul smashed 68 runs off 50 balls, while Deepak Hooda smashed 51 runs off 33 balls for a half-century. For SRH, T Natarajan, Washington Sundar, and Romario Shepherd each took two wickets.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) lead the table with four points from two games, while Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) are in second place with four points. Gujarat Titans (GT) are in third place, followed by Punjab Kings (PBKS).
Lucknow is in fifth place, with Delhi Capitals (DC) in sixth. In the 10-team standings, Royal Challengers Bangalore are seventh, Mumbai Indians (MI) are eighth, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are ninth, and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are last.

Race for the Orange Cap
With 135 runs in two games, Ishan Kishan is now in first place. In the Orange Cap race, Jos Buttler (135) is second, Deepak Hooda (119) is third, Shivam Dube (109) is fourth, and Lucknow captain KL Rahul (108) is fifth.

Race for the Purple Cap
With eight wickets from three matches, Umesh Yadav leads the Purple Cap Race. Avesh Khan (7) is in second place, and Rahul Chahar (6) is in third. Mohammed Shami (5) is fifth in the standings, while Yuzvendra Chahal (5) is fourth.
