Dortmund continues to lose ground in the Bundesliga, with Bayern now leading by eight points.
On Sunday, Borussia Dortmund slipped up again in the Bundesliga; drawing 1-1 at relegation-threatened Augsburg, also allowing Bayern Munich to extend their advantage to eight points. Dortmund took the lead in the first half through Thorgan Hazard; but the visitors were caught off guard when Donyell Malen hit the post and Noah Sarenren Bazee equalized in the 78th minute. Dortmund continues to lose ground in the Bundesliga, with Bayern now leading by eight points.
With 10 rounds remaining within the alliance, the point pulled Augsburg out; of the assignment zone on objective contrast, whereas Hertha Berlin fell into the relegation/playoff zone. Since beating Dortmund 3-2 at domestic on December 18, Hertha hasn’t won within the league.
Dortmund went on to lose association diversions against Eintracht Frankfurt; and Bayer Leverkusen, as well as being thumped out of the German Glass by second-tier St. Pauli and the Europa Association by Scottish side Officers final Thursday.

Hazard scored in the 35th minute after bursting past Augsburg; defenders Mads Pedersen and Felix Uduokhai and hitting from a tight angle inside the far post.
But Augsburg stayed in the game, and with 20 minutes left; coach Markus Weinzierl called on Bazee to re-energize his team’s attack. Eight minutes later, the 25-year-old winger scored the equalizer.
Earlier, a late goal from Christopher Nkunku was enough for Leipzig; to retake fourth place and the final Champions League qualifying spot with a 1-0 win against Bochum.

After Bochum captain Anthony Losilla struck the crossbar; and home team Christopher Antwi-Adjei hit the post, Nkunku scored in the 82nd minute. Nkunku scored his 14th goal of the season.
Bayern Munich won 1-0 at Frankfurt on Saturday.
