Ash Barty wins the Australian Open 2022 title over Danielle Collins.
Fiery is still active on Saturday. Last week, Ash Barty defeated Danielle Collins 6-3, 7-6 (2) at the Australian Open, breaking a 44-year drought for Australian women at their domestic Terrific Hammer tournament. The top-seeded Barty defeated the 27th-seeded Collins in the first set with one benefit break.

The 28-year-old American, on the other hand, battled back quickly, breaking Barty’s serve in the moment and 6th recreation to take a 5-1 lead. Through the first six rounds of the competition, Barty had dropped one benefit amusement.

Barty, 25, now has major titles on three different surfaces, having won the difficult court at the Melbourne Stop in expansion, the grass court at Wimbledon last year, and the clay court at the French Open this year.
