For the first time in history, the renowned Walt Disney figure will also forego her red polka-dots dress; in favor of a blue designer pantsuit with black polka dots and a matching bow.
Stella McCartney, a well-known designer; also created the garment that the renowned mouse would wear for a limited time to commemorate Disneyland Paris’ 30th anniversary.
It announced the news on Twitter, posting a photo of Minnie Mouse and saying; “Stella McCartney has created Minnie Mouse’s very first pantsuit, and it’s stunning #DisneylandParis30.”
Minnie will become a “symbol of progress” with this new attire; according to the designer, and she will also wear it in March in “honor of Women’s History Month. “What I love about Minnie is that she epitomizes pleasure; self-expression, honesty, and that she inspires people of all ages around the world, McCartney continued in a statement. Plus, she’s got such a terrific sense of style!”

Minnie has also been given a “blue tuxedo,” which she says was made with; “responsibly sourced fabrics.” Minnie Mouse becomes a symbol of progress; for a new generation with this updated twist on her distinctive polka dots. “She will wear it in March 2022 in honor of Women’s History Month,” McCartney said in a statement. According to The Independent, the designer will release a Minnie Mouse t-shirt; on International Women’s Rights Day on March 8, 2022, also as part of her global collaboration with The Walt Disney Company.
Disneyland Paris also produced a video to give viewers a “preview of the new costumes developed; for the festival.” Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy; and others “hit the catwalk in a one-of-a-kind environment” in a fashion show organized also for the characters.
