Punjab elections: The BJP, Amarinder Singh’s Punjab Lok Congress, and Sanyukt Dhindsa’s SAD will release an unified manifesto.
At Shah’s residence here, both Singh and Dhindsa; a Rajya Sabha MP, met with the BJP’s senior brass; including president J P Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, to map out a strategy for the elections.
Agreeing to Union serve Gajendra Shekhawat, the BJP would run in Punjab’s; get together races in amalgamation with Amarinder Singh’s Punjab Lok Congress; and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa’s Pitiful (Sanyukt), and the parties will deliver an joined together manifesto. At the meeting, Union Domestic Minister Amit Shah; BJP President J P Nadda, Amarinder Singh, and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa all spoke. “The BJP, Singh’s party, and Dhindsa’s party have also agreed to jointly contest; the other Punjab gathering decisions,” Shekhawat said after the meeting. Shekhawat, the BJP’s Punjab survey in-charge; said a joint committee of two pioneers from each party will be formed to formalize a seat-sharing agreement. The decisions in Punjab, according to BJP insiders, would be a five-cornered struggle; with also a few agriculturist organisations joining the fray alongside the Congress, Pitiful, and AAP.
Days after resigning as chief minister and leaving the Congress, Singh created his own party, the Punjab Lok Congress.

The SAD, one of the BJP’s oldest allies, had previously left the NDA over farm sector laws.
The BJP will be associates with important Sikh figures; in the state if it formed an alliance with Amarinder Singh and Dhindsa.
