The television viewership for IPL 2024 has reached 45 crore. 44.8 crore TV viewers watched 18,800 crore minutes across the first 22 days of the tournament.

Disney Star, the official broadcaster for the ongoing Indian Premier League 2024. Recently reveal viewership figures for the first 22 days of the prestigious tournament. The numbers indicate that all previous viewership records have been broken. Nearly 45 crore people tuning in to watch the cricketing extravaganza during the first three weeks. According to the Broadcasting Audience Research Council (BARC), Disney Star had a cumulative reach of 44.8 crore viewers during the aforementioned period. The watch time for the period remained a staggering 18,800 crore minutes. Furthermore, the live broadcast’s cumulative reach increased by 8% over the previous season, while match ratings (TVR) increased by 15%.

The highly anticipated and thrilling rivalry showdown between MI and RCB on April 11th drew an impressive 14.75 crore viewers on television, with a total of 1,017 crore minutes of IPL coverage on the Disney Star Network.
