Before the match, the Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran aerobatic team will perform an air display at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Hotel room rates in Ahmedabad and airfares to the city have risen due to heavy demand from fans of the match. Hotel room rates for the match night have soared to as much as Rs 2 lakh in top five-star hotels, with other hotels increasing their rates by five to seven times.
