Tamim Iqbal confirmed that he and Shakib Al Hasan have no difficulties
“Nothing else matters when Shakib and I put on the Bangladesh shirt, when we give our all, when we aid each other, when we lead our respective teams. Whatever somebody says, whether we have coffee together, none of this matters. I can guarantee you that as an ODI captain, I always have his assistance, and I am always there if he needs any recommendations in the Test team. It’s quite usual for us to bat together or celebrate his wicket “Tamim also contributed.
“Everyone is a buddy of mine. Taskin (Ahmed), Taijul (Islam), Mohammad Mithun, Najmul Hossain Shanto, and Mushfiq are my dinner guests (Mushfiqur Rahim). It is a professional environment, and your relationships with others will not be the same. It is precisely in our staff. What counts most while we are out in the field is our motivation “Tamim went on to say more.
Tamim recognized that such conversations should not have been made public, and he also dismissed Hassan’s contention that the climate in the team dressing room is unhealthy.
“Our team atmosphere has been fantastic for several years,” he said. “A pleasant dressing room helps you to attain the outcomes you’re witnessing. During the past five or six years, we have performed admirably in One-Day Internationals, particularly in the previous five or six series. Everything appears to be how it was in the previous 12 months.
In the previous three or four days, I haven’t seen anything. We’ve been having a good time discussing about the BPL and other topics. Unfortunately, this word is used when the team is not performing well. The squad is now performing well. It is just great in my opinion.”
