Paarl Royals and MI Cape Town will face off in the first game of the SA20 2023 season, and the entire schedule has been released.The competition will start on January 10, 2023, at the Newlands Cricket Ground.

The MI Cape Town will attempt to entice the Newlands crowd with a dazzling team that includes Kagiso Rabada of the Proteas, master spinner Rashid Khan of Afghanistan, Liam Livingstone of England, and the young and outstanding Dewald Brevis of South Africa, among others.
The Royals’ similarly impressive lineup features England’s T20I and ODI skipper Jos Buttler, as well as teammates Jason Roy and Eoin Morgan, who helped their team win the 2019 World Cup. The Royals’ squad includes David Miller, Lungi Ngidi, and Tabraiz Shamsi, who will all be overseen by coach JP Duminy.
