At the post-match press conference, India batter Virat Kohli expressed his support for Arshdeep, saying, “Anyone can make a mistake, the situation was tight.” It was a high-pressure game, and mistakes were inevitable. I recall playing my first Champions Trophy match against Pakistan, and I made a terrible shot against Shahid Afridi. I couldn’t sleep because I was staring at the ceiling until 5 a.m., and I thought my career was over, but these things are natural. Seniors surround you, and there is a good team environment right now, which I credit to the captain and coach. The participants learn from their mistakes. As a result, one must accept his error, address it, and move on.
