Yuzvendra Chahal has identified potential victims for his dream hat-trick. Chahal scored his first IPL hat-trick this season against KKR.
Yuzvendra Chahal, the Indian Team’s spectacular spinner, opened up about his dream hat-trick, saying that he would like to take the wickets of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and AB de Villiers. He named Kohli and Sharma as his top two players and stated that if the South African legend is available, he would like to defeat him.
Chahal recently bowled a hat-trick for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL, and capped off his spell with a five-wicket haul against the Kolkata Knight Riders. He had already taken two wickets and put KKR in a difficult situation before getting his hat-trick. He dismissed Shreyas Iyer, Shivam Mavi, and Pat Cummins in his final over of the spell, putting an end to KKR’s winning streak.
When asked who would constitute his dream hat-trick, he told ESPNCricinfo, “One would be Virat Bhaiya, Rohit Bhaiya, and then I will go with AB Sir if he is playing, definitely him.”

Yuzvendra Chahal celebrated his first IPL hat-trick in an unusual manner.
Chahal celebrated his five-wicket haul against KKR in a unique way, imitating his pose, which went viral as a meme, after returning from the ICC 2019 ODI World Cup. When asked if he planned to invent a new celebration for a hat-trick or fifer in upcoming matches, he replied
“No, I’ll stick with the one I’m working on right now.” Because that meme means a lot to me. I’m not going down. The meme depicts me in a relaxed position. So I’ll just go sit and relax.”
Chahal is currently the IPL 2022’s joint-highest wicket-taker, with 24 wickets in 13 matches (at the time of writing this piece). He is currently playing in the 63rd match of the tournament against the Lucknow Super Giants. Rajasthan batted first and scored 178 runs in 20 overs.
