In Dharamsala, Mayank has joined the team. The Karnataka hitter, who will lead Punjab Kings in the IPL; has yet to play for India in a T20I match.
Ruturaj Gaekwad may have opened with Kishan if it hadn’t been for his wrist injury; and also Rohit would have slipped down the order like he did against the West Indies.
