The Indian bowlers limited the West Indies to a total of 167 for 9 runs; allowing India to win by 17 runs.
After the coordinate, West Indies captain Kieron Pollard praised his Mumbai Indians partner Suryakumar; calling him a “360-degree performer.” “Surya is one of the most powerful companies on the planet. I’ve had the pleasure of playing with him when he first joined the Mumbai Indians in 2011. It’s remarkable to see how much he’s progressed since then. He is accomplishing incredible things for himself and India as a 360-degree player. He can teach all batters a thing or two.” Pollard made the comment during a virtual press conference on Sunday. Suryakumar will need to repeat his performance, if not better, in the upcoming T20I series; against Sri Lanka, after leading India to a decisive series victory over the Windies.
