After the visitors fell behind at 67 for 4, the captain, Dasun Shanaka, and Pathum Nissanka upped the ante. Wanindu Hasaranga, Maheesh Theekshana, and Dushmantha Chameera, all in the bottom order, kept going for their strokes to tie the game. The visitors, on the other hand, will be hoping for useful contributions from the batting combination of Daunshka Gunathilaka, Avishka Fernando, and Charith Asalanka. Meanwhile, Australia would be pleased with Josh Hazlewood’s performance. The seasoned fast bowler not only looked dangerous with the new ball, but he also bowled with control and finesse in the slog overs.
