England’s cricket coach, Chris Silverwood, will miss the fourth Ashes Test against Australia; because a member of the traveling party tested positive for coronavirus.

Silverwood was born in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, and attended Garforth; Comprehensive School before making his debut for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1993 as a right-arm fast bowler. He was one of a battery of fast bowlers created by his native county in the late 1990s; and played for them for thirteen years.
