The Australian men’s cricket team defeated England by nine wickets in the first Ashes Test at the Gabba in Brisbane. Taking a 1-0 lead in the five-match series. Australia started Day 4 aggressively, led by newly-appointed captain Pat Cummins. By destroying England’s batting line-up and forcing them to chase a 20-run target.
