Australia’s best player Test batsman Steve Smith has hinted at resuming his best form with the bat, indicating that he has regained the grip he required. In the forthcoming Ashes series, Steve Smith is optimistic that the change will provide him additional scoring opportunities.
Smith’s bat has produced mixed results in the last two summers against India and New Zealand, with only one century. Surprisingly, in late 2019, the 32-year-old struggled against Kiwi left-arm seamer Neil Wagner and his short-pitched deliveries. Smith is hoping to turn things around this summer at home.
