IPL Auction 2022: Three pace bowlers new franchises can target

In January, the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 auction will take place. In contrast to past years, a mega auction will be conducted in 2022, with the majority of players from the franchises once again being auctioned off.

The organizers of the IPL have allowed teams to keep a set number of players. The eight existing franchises are allowed to keep four players: two Indians and also two foreigners, or three Indians and one foreigner. On Tuesday, November 30, the deadline for current franchises to retain cricketers will close.

Before the major auction, the two new franchises – Ahmedabad and also Lucknow – will have the opportunity to select three players from December 1 to December 25. Two Indian cricketers and one overseas cricketer are available to the new franchises.

Three pacers are investigated who are unlikely to be retained and could be targeted by Ahmedabad or Lucknow.

Injury has been a stumbling block for the Kiwi speedster. Lockie Ferguson, on the other hand, has the X-factor with his extra pace, which comes in useful in the T20 format.
